Harvest  Fest  2020

First Care Health Center's 25th Annual Harvest Fest will be taking place virtually this year as we are bringing Harvest Fest to YOU! With the health and safety of our community at the forefront, the decision has been made to host the event in an online format, carrying the designation of "Continuing Our Very Important Dream" (COVID). Dr. Weed, the Presentation Sisters, and Park River Community members had a dream to build a hospital in Park River. St. Ansgar's Hospital became a reality in 1952, and we are continuing their dream by providing quality healthcare in NE North Dakota in 2020.

Harvest Fest 2020 will consist of:

    • Cash prizes up to $500 will be given away by Gate City Bank of Park River with the purchase of a $35 Harvest Fest ticket.

Proceeds from Harvest Fest will be used to purchase equipment to benefit patient care at FCHC and the Rural Health Clinic. We would like to purchase:

  • Ceiling mounted examination lights in exam rooms in the Rural Health Clinic for local illumination of the patient's body during diagnostic procedures and minor procedures.

  • A microscope to be used for thorough evaluation of ear problems, wax removal from ear canals, clean mastoid cavities, place ear tubes, and provide significantly more detail when viewing ear drums.

  • New wheelchairs for clinic and hospital patients.

We hope to "see" you there!

With your help and support, we can continue to offer exceptional healthcare services to our patients and community.
