First Care Health Center's Swing Bed Program can assist in making your transition from acute care to your home a smooth process. Even if you were hospitalized somewhere else, you can transfer to the Swing Bed Program at First Care, bringing you closer to your family, friends, and loved ones.

Inpatient Care
The patient care staff takes care of patients requiring skilled care services. These services include surgical, outpatient, swing bed, inpatient, respite, and observation care. Inpatient care is supported by services of First Care Health Center, including imaging, physical therapy, and respiratory care, as well as contracted services, including occupational and speech therapy.
