Occupational Therapist
  • Full-time, benefited position.
  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) is required.
  • Duties include inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Tuition assistance is available to those that qualify.
Physical Therapist
  • Full-time, benefited position.
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
  • Duties include inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Tuition reimbursement is available to those that qualify. 
Infusion Center RN
This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized patient care in a supportive and patient-centered environment. 

  • Full-time, benefited position.
  • Schedule: 4 or 5 days a week, possible every third weekend ER call rotation
  • Requirements: Current RN licensure in North Dakota; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team 
  • At least two years of nursing experience required. Emergency Room experience preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Float Nurse
  • Full-time, benefited position.
  • RN license is required.
  • Schedule: 4-5 days a week, with rotating weekends and holidays.
  • Duties include: Assisting on the hospital floor or the Emergency Room and in the Treatment Rooms.
Hospital RN or LPN

*$7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time!*

  • Full-time or part-time, includes working every third weekend.
  • Benefit-eligible position.

Nurses' Aide
  • Full-time or part-time, benefit-eligible position.
  • Work schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating days/nights, every third weekend, rotating holiday schedule.
Admissions Clerk
This position serves as a key point of contact for patients and visitors while assisting with patient registration, admissions, scheduling, and other clerical duties.

  • Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, computer proficiency and office skills
After-School Caregiver - Briggs Beginnings
  • School-year position
  • Monday-Friday — 2:30-5:30PM
  • Help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
  • Responsibilities include: Assisting with daily activities, engaging children in age-appropriate play and learning, and supporting our childcare team in providing exceptional care.
Caregiver - Briggs Beginnings

*$1,000 sign-on bonus!*
