With more than 20 years of professional medical experience, Dr. Baig is the region’s best choice for treating digestive disorders and diseases and for routine screenings. Dr. Baig specializes in upper endoscopies and colonoscopies and is a liver specialist.

Dr. Baig is a native of Pakistan where he attended Dow Medical College and received Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees. He completed internships in General Medicine and General Surgery, followed by an Internal Medicine Residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Baig then completed fellowships in gastroenterology and hepatology through Chicago Medical School and Harvard Medical School, receiving years of training in these specialized areas.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his active teenage children and taking part in the arts, including painting.
