Stepping On 

A FREE Stepping On Workshop will begin on Wednesday, July 12th at 1:30PM until 3:30PM at the Walsh County Extension Office in Park River. The program will meet on Wednesdays for 7 weeks for 2 hours each session. 
 

Stepping On leaders will coach participants to recognize risks of falling and help build balance, strength, confidence, and practical skills to help avoid falling.
